All other companies: If your claim occurs after hours, on a weekend, or holiday, click here to access reporting claim numbers to contact your insurance company directly. Otherwise, please follow the instructions below to report your claim to Worley, Schilling & Randall.

              REPORTING PROCEDURES:
  1. Complete the claim form below after reading the following information.
     
  2. It is imperative to minimize and prevent further damage to your property. Any temporary repairs that need to be made, such as covering your roof with a tarp or calling a glass repair company, need to be done immediately.
     
  3. Criminal activity (theft, burglary, or robbery): Notify the police immediately and request a copy of the police report.
     
  4. Make a list of all items stolen or damaged, detailing the values of each.
     
  5. Keep detailed records of all receipts associated with the loss/damage.
