This type of claim involves injury to another person or damage to their property
arising from your personal or business activity (except by automobile).

IMPORTANT:  Take any steps necessary to prevent further injury (i.e. first aid).

REPORTING PROCEDURES:
  1. Report the claim by calling Worley, Schilling & Randall as soon as possible at (770) 428-1565. We will report the incident to the insurance company.
     
  2. Obtain the name, address, and phone numbers of the injured person or property owner as well as any witnesses to the event.
     
  3. Do not admit fault or offer any payment for injuries or damages.
     
  4. Immediately notify Worley, Schilling & Randall if you are served with a summons or suit papers. These legal documents require a timely response.
NOTICE:    Claims need to be reported in a timely manner or your insurance coverage may be jeopardized.
